Shandong Hekangyuan Group (HKY) was founded in March 2009 and is headquartered in Jinan, Shandong Province. It is a large enterprise group with a core focus on the livestock and food industry, primarily engaged in breeding and reproduction of breeding ducks and chickens, commercial farming, feed production, meat duck slaughtering and food processing, as well as international trade. HKY currently operates over 30 subsidiaries and branches across Shandong, Jiangsu, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, and other regions, generating annual sales revenue of nearly RMB 50 billion.

With breeding ducks as its central business, HKY currently holds 15% of the national grandparent breeding duck stock. Its parent breeding ducks produce approximately 4.5 billion commercial ducklings annually. It operates 22 high-standard breeding duck farms and 5 industry-leading duckling hatcheries with a combined daily capacity exceeding 1.6 million ducklings. The commercial farming division outputs 15 million meat ducks per year, primarily supplying HKY's two food processing bases. These facilities produce 180,000 tons of chilled and frozen products annually, along with 2,000 tons of prepared dishes, forming a complete "farm-to-table" industrial chain encompassing breeding, processing, cold chain logistics, and consumption.

In addition to the comprehensive meat duck industry chain, HKY also operates a research institute, a breeding chicken division, and a feed division. It supplies 100 million commercial chicks to the market each year and has an annual feed production capacity exceeding 1.2 million tons.
HKY has been honored with numerous awards and recognitions, including "National Key Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization", "National Livestock and Poultry Seed Industry Matrix Enterprise", "National Waterfowl Breeding Stock Multiplication Base", "China's Top 500 Agricultural Enterprises", "China's Top 100 Outstanding Livestock Enterprises", "Shandong Leading Livestock Enterprise of the 40 Years of Reform and Opening-up", and "Shandong Gazelle Enterprise".
